Emails Online runs mailboxes for businesses on their own domains — properly authenticated, filtered on the way in, and reachable from any standard mail client.
Standard IMAP and SMTP
No proprietary client and no web-only lock-in. Mailboxes work in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and anything else that speaks IMAP or SMTP over TLS.
Inbound filtering
Incoming mail is scanned for spam and malware before it reaches the mailbox, and messages that fail the checks never land in the inbox.
European infrastructure
Mail is received and stored in the EU. Nothing is copied to a region outside it, and retention is bounded rather than indefinite.
Authenticated by default
Every domain we host is set up with aligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC records before the first message goes out, and transport is TLS-required in both directions. That is what keeps ordinary business mail out of other people's spam folders, so it is configured once, centrally, rather than left to each mailbox owner to get right.
Mailboxes on this domain are provisioned by arrangement, one business at a time. There is nothing to configure here.
